Sheikh Mohamad Zahed is the founder and owner of Zahed Quran Academy and Kutouby.com. He is a Hafiz who holds a Bachelor’s degree in The ten Qira’at of the Noble Quran. He has also received 20 ijazas from different Qura’a from all over the world and has participated in many international Quran competitions in countries like Tunisia, Morocco, Russia, and Kuwait.

Sheikh Mohamad completed the Memorization of the Quran at the age of 15, by the grace of Allah and then his father, Sheikh Ahmad Zahed. He is deeply grateful for the unwavering support of his wife Huda, who has been his greatest supporter at every stage of his journey.

Recognizing the absence of an Islamic bookstore in our community and the diminishing interest in reading among the younger generation, alongside the increasing dependence on electronics among both adults and children, we established Kutouby. 

Our mission is to provide an online Islamic source to encourage Muslim children to engage in their faith and pursue self-education.
